What happens during the Diagnostic House Visit?
The technician walks through your home, checking the fixtures you have flagged and any other plumbing points that seem relevant. At the end of the visit, you receive a written summary covering what was inspected and any areas that may need attention. No repairs are started without your agreement.
How long does drain clearing usually take?
Most shower drain clearing jobs are completed within an hour. The technician clears the trap, checks flow, and wipes down the surrounding tiles before leaving. If the blockage turns out to be further in the pipe, we will let you know and discuss options before continuing.
Is the RM 240 diagnostic fee deducted if I book a repair?
The diagnostic visit is charged separately at RM 240. If you decide to proceed with a repair or refit on the same day, we will factor the visit cost into the overall discussion — details are confirmed before any work starts.

The RM 1,250 price covers labour and installation. Fixtures — sink, tap, basin, and mixer — can either be supplied by you or sourced through us at cost. During booking we will clarify what you already have so the technician arrives prepared.
